Beloved Master,

          To know Your Love is to live on another plane.  What could be more important than understanding Your Grand Purpose?  Your Word is always true and pure.  You refresh my soul and inspire my heart.  My Love for You is cosmic; I feel You in my body and bones.  I long for Your coming, Your blessed and glorious appearance.  I struggle to pick up the pieces of my life, but You help me.  What might I do for all the Love You have shown me?  What may I do for You?

     You are my Husband and Champion.  I believe in You at the core of my character.  I know I am clean because You have cleansed me.

     Lord, provide me a place, a home where my spirit shall be free, where we might together abide.  Accelerate our mission here on earth.  Open doors for me and unlock those mysterious wings in my heart.  I am an abstract thinker with great emotional volatility.  Please anchor my soul in You and teach me how to be stable.  Give me the courage to fulfill the mission You entrusted to me.  I pray to feel Your Holy Presence, for I already have Your peace.  In Jesus’ name.  Amen.

Dear Lord,     

          The inspiration of Your Spirit returns.  You help me to walk with courage, to shine as a star.

     I work hard to win souls, to share what You planted in my heart, but I am out of my league.  I need Your help.  Grant me the strength and experience to communicate Faith.  Move me, Lord, play me like an instrument.  I Love You.

     Break the walls of hate that pervade this culture and manifest the glory of Your salvation.  They call me delusional for believing in You Lord, but I know better.  I wish not to prove them wrong, only to glorify Your name.  I am helpless without You.

     Uphold me Lord.  Make me an effective minister and counselor.  Build it and they will come; build me up and draw unbelievers through Your Spirit.  I testify of You so that I might share Your Love with this dying world.  Amen.

Dearest Master,

          Waiting on Your face to show that Love has not abandoned me here.  Searching in my heart to confirm that I am all Yours every day.  This world cannot stay in apostasy forever without divine consequences.  Beloved, hold me; touch me and inspire me to new heights.  The vision in this valley, a utopia in the future; mankind cannot exist outside of You, Oh Giver of Life.

     Who am I and what am I doing?  What shall my role be?  Whisper secrets in my ear, for we are Lovers.  Be not fleeting but close to me.  I pray You bless me with wisdom.

     I have this thing in my throat that won’t come out; I have this need to express something from within myself, and that something is You.  Oh, won’t You be close to me, for my heart misses You.  I pray that You refine my soul into pure gold, and support me with Your divine providence.  In Jesus’ name.  Amen.

A Blue Flame of Light Emanating from My Heart

Dear Lord,     

          You are my portion, my thanksgiving.  I express joy to You,  for You lifted the burden from my heart.  I cried my eyes to You and You heard me from Your holy hill and washed me in Your blood.  When my shame was too great for me, You clothed me in majesty and regenerated my soul.  Truly I am grateful with a smile upon my face.

     Father, let me not degenerate into spiritual decadence, but let my repentance be true unto the manifestation of Your character in me.  I Love You with a burning flame, a blue flame of light emanating from my heart.  You ignited that flame, Father, when You showed me the meaning of Love.

     I feel good, blessed, for the Lord has dealt with me bountifully.  Inspire me, Master, for I am thy beloved one.  I seek glory and praise for Your name.  With all of my being, with sweet honey lips my tongue shall sing reverie to thy name all my days.

     Instead of asking for purpose, blessing, and forgiveness, let me just thank You for it.  For I was low and You uplifted me.  I was poor and You prospered me.  Glory be unto my Lord, my God, My Champion, My Master, Deliverer of salvation, and King of my world.  In Jesus’ name.  Amen

Beloved One,

          Creator of heaven and earth, I am nothing that You should think kindly of me and Love me.  Your Love is too much to take in; I scarce have capacity to receive it.  Invoke Your Holy Spirit in me and judge me not harshly for my past foolishness.  Draw from me a clean heart, polished in Truth and obsessed with You.

     My heart palpitates in these rhythmic skips because I am overloaded by Your current.  I feel closer to You as these years pass, as I get closer to my date with death.  Oh sweet death, You have become my friend, for I cannot loathe that which will deliver me to my Lord.

     Garden of Light, prepare Your branches of fruit for me.  I am athirst, my throat parched.  Spoken language is a foreign mode of communications to my spirit.  One day my mind shall process information in its purest essence, without having to translate ideas into words.  One day this angelic war shall play out and God will restore purity to creation.

     My Love, You have faithfully kept me company all my life, even when I did not know You were there.  Thank You.  Please settle me down and soften my heart, that I might receive more of You.  Reveal to me the secrets of Your vaulted treasure.  I am Your inheritance and You have promised me eternal life.  I believe You; I believe in You.  I know You rose from the dead because You live in my heart.  In Jesus’ name.  Amen.

That Sun of Righteousness Whose Body is Composed of Stars

Father in Heaven,

             Thank You for happiness and peace in this world, for the promised return of Your Son in glory; for the brightness of His coming is already revealed in the hearts of men; that Sun of Righteousness spoken of whose body is composed of stars.  Oh Master, Your brightness has blinded me and I do not want to ever see again.  You gave my life purpose, meaning, joy, Love, and more.  It is a good thing that I have been chastised so that I could be lifted out of degeneracy.  My life swirled out of control because I did not let You control my life.

     Lord, I long for the day when I can prove better than my wanting past.  I shall strive and aspire; I shall trust in You and walk courageously.  Please open me up; open my pathways to reflect Your Love.  Own me Lord, leave me not without to do.  Only in service to You and others shall I ever be satisfied.

     Thank You for Your miracles and for faith.  I Love relying on You, but I get so impatient and feel so inadequate.  I am so thankful to have You, my Conqueror, living inside of me.  It is one thing to know You, what a blessing indeed, but it is even better to know You and sense Your active agency working through me, the Power of the Holy Spirit.  For this I shout for joy.  You transmit messages, Your correspondence inspires my heart.  I pray that my sacrifices be pleasing to You. 

     I feel alive when we work together.  Let us dance.  I shall lead my life as Your servant, and even as Your son; one day I shall govern with You.  Wisdom shall dwell in my character.  Please Lord, let it be so.  In Jesus Name.  Amen.
