Does God Really Love Me?

Dear Seeker,

          You engage in honest discourse with yourself and ponder questions of importance.  But Truth and Love are closer than you think.  Exit your mind and enter into the Presence of His Spirit.  Be still and feel the shores of His Love seeking after your soul.   Yes God Loves You.  He accepts you for who you are where you are at.  He accepts you in all your flaws, inadequacies, and doubt.  God will not fall off His throne if you question Him or falter.  He Loves you and promises to restore you.  The Good News of Love’s existence sounds too good to be true, but in this case, truth is stranger than fiction.  God Loves you beyond what you could understand or conceive.

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” 1 Cor 2:9

     God has not abandoned you.  Loneliness is disease of the soul.  Elevate your perspective.  Enlarge your capacity to receive.  God has a special purpose for your life.  Confess your doubt before Him and be transformed.   Pain and grief accompany doubt, but there is hope in His resurrection.  Christ overcame death and proved that Love champions over fear; Love overcame death and offers the same to you—eternal life.  Yes, God really Loves you—beyond your understanding.

     The Lord leaves behind ninety-nine sheep to seek after the one who is lost.  He embraces the afflicted and broken-hearted.  The Lord is close to those of a contrite heart.  Let us thank God for doubt.  Let us thank God for our trials and suffering, for this is the ultimate act of faith.  Let us thank God for life's tragedies that make us wonder whether God really loves us.
     If you are plagued by doubt, call out to the Lord.  Better to be hot or cold than lukewarm.  The Lord can deal with the skeptic who openly lays objections and doubt before His feet.  He will prove Himself to you if you allow His Spirit to move.  Yes, God really Loves you... and to receive this Good News into your heart overwhelms the soul with gratitude.
